Within 14 days of mailing this you should receive a confirmation of your registration by email or telephone. If you do not receive a confirmation contact us at (702) 798-0099 ext. 104 to verify that you have registered.

Terms and Conditions
By mailing this form and completing your registration for MAGIC Live!, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Non-transferable. Registrations may not be transferred, sold, or bartered.  We reserve the right to cancel any registration at any time and will issue the appropriate refund at that time.

2. Name Changes.  Names on your additional registrations may be changed up until December 31, 2008.  The name change is effective upon receipt of name-change confirmation from our office.

3. Refunds. Your $50 deposit is 100% refundable up until December 31, 2008.  After December 31, 2008, 90% of your deposit/full registration will be refunded up until May 16, 2009.  Refunds are not available after May 16, 2009.

4. Balance of Registration.  If you paid a $50 deposit, the balance of $285 is due by February 1, 2009.  The price of registration may increase on or after that date, and any remaining balance will reflect the increased price.

5. Auto Payment. If you paid your $50 deposit using a credit card, we will charge the $285 balance to that same card on January 26, 2009.  We will notify you by email at least two weeks prior in case you wish to update your credit card information or arrange for alternative payment.

6. Close-up Experience Tickets. We no longer have guaranteed seating available in our Close-up Experience show on Tuesday. You will receive a stand-by ticket, and in the past, every one of our stand-by ticket holders did get in to see the show.
